At Noema by the Sea, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our policies are designed to be clear, fair, and transparent, ensuring that both the guest and the property are protected.
Cancellations
- Up to 21 days prior to arrival:
Reservations canceled at least 21 days before the check-in date are fully refundable,
minus any applicable postal fees, bank charges, or online payment gateway processing fees. - Within 21 days prior to arrival:
Cancellations made within the final 21 days before arrival will incur a fee of
50% of the total reservation amount (equal to the total deposit paid). - No-show or early departure:
In the event of a no-show or if the guest departs earlier than scheduled,
100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Modifications
- Reduction of stay within 21 days prior to arrival:
If the number of nights in a reservation is reduced within 21 days before arrival,
a fee of 50% of the amount corresponding to the reduced nights will be applied. - Date changes:
Requests to change arrival or departure dates are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.
If the modification is requested within the 21-day period before arrival, the above cancellation terms may apply.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.
- Any third-party transaction fees (bank, courier, or payment gateway) are non-refundable.
Special Offers & Non-Refundable Rates
- Bookings made under special offers, promotional discounts, or non-refundable rates may have stricter cancellation and refund conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
- Such reservations cannot be modified or refunded, unless otherwise specified in the offer terms.
Force Majeure
In extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of both the guest and the property
(e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, extreme weather conditions, or transport strikes),
Noema by the Sea may offer alternative solutions such as reservation rescheduling, partial credit, or future stay vouchers.
Such cases are handled on an individual basis.
