At Noema by the Sea, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent payment process for all guests. The following terms apply to all reservations made directly through our website, by phone, or via email.
Deposit / Guarantee Requirements
- All reservations must be guaranteed within four (4) business days from the booking date.
A valid guarantee consists of one of the following:- A bank transfer equal to 50% of the total reservation amount, or
- A credit card charge of the same amount.
- The hotel will not hold or confirm any reservation that does not meet the above guarantee requirements within the specified time frame.
- For non-refundable rates, all final bookings must be guaranteed with 100% prepayment using the payment method of your choice.
Reservations under non-refundable policies that are not fully prepaid will not be honored. - In case of a bank transfer, guests must send a payment receipt via email.
If no proof of payment (digital or otherwise) is received within four (4) business days, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

Available for deposits and full prepayments. Bank details will be provided upon request. - Guests may use a different accepted payment method at check-in, regardless of the method used for the deposit.
The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of credit cards at any time before arrival.

Failure to meet payment deadlines
In case the deposit is not made within the above deadlines, Noema by the Sea reserves the right to cancel the relevant reservation without notice.
Outstanding Balances
- All outstanding amounts must be settled upon arrival or at check-out, depending on the terms of the rate plan.
- Additional charges during the stay (e.g., damages, extra services) will be added to the guest’s account and must be settled before departure.
Security & Fraud Prevention
- Noema by the Sea may conduct pre-authorization checks on credit cards to ensure they are valid and have sufficient funds.
- In cases of suspected fraud, invalid payment details, or incomplete deposits, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.
Invoices & Receipts
- Guests may request a receipt or invoice during check-out.
For invoices issued to companies, VAT details must be provided in advance.
Non-Compliance
Reservations that do not adhere to the above payment terms will not be confirmed or maintained by the property.ed on an individual basis.
