Check In/Check Out
Check-in after 3.00 pm and check-out before 11.00 am (flexible check-in/out by arrangement to availability).
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in:
- All rooms and suites
- Hallways
- All indoor areas of the property
Any violation of this policy may result in an additional cleaning and deodorization fee.
In-Room Kitchen Use Policy
Our suites are equipped with fully functional kitchens for the convenience of our guests. We kindly ask that you use them responsibly and with care.
Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for the proper use of the in-room kitchen.
- Preparing foods that produce strong or persistent odors that may permeate furniture or fabrics (e.g., fish) is strictly prohibited.
- The suite must be adequately ventilated during and after any type of cooking
(turning off the air conditioning and opening windows). - The exhaust fan/ventilation system must be used throughout the cooking process.
Additional Cleaning Charges
- If a suite is returned with strong odors that have permeated the space, furniture, or fabrics,
a €350 cleaning fee will be applied for deodorization and restoration.
Cleaning of Kitchenware
- Guests are responsible for washing and cleaning all used dishes and kitchenware.
- Housekeeping does not clean or wash used kitchen items.
Sharp Objects & Safety
- If you do not intend to use the kitchen and prefer not to have sharp objects in the room,
please inform us and we will gladly remove them. - The property bears no responsibility for accidents that may occur due to unauthorized use of kitchen appliances or utensils by minors.
Pet Policy
- Only service animals are allowed at Noema by the Sea.
- Please inform us during your booking if you will be arriving with a guide dog, so we can prepare accordingly for its arrival.
General Accommodation Rules
Conduct:
Guests are required to behave courteously toward staff and other guests and to respect the designated quiet hours (e.g. 15:00–17:00 and 23:00–07:00).
Damage:
Any damage to rooms or common areas is strictly prohibited. Guests are liable for any damages or losses incurred.
Reservations:
Overnight stays by additional persons not included in the original reservation are not permitted.
Visitors:
The entry and stay of non-registered visitors within the hotel premises are not allowed.
Furniture:
The movement or relocation of furniture is not permitted.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises.
Linen:
Hotel linen must not be removed from or used outside the guest room.
Illegal Substances:
The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited in all areas of the hotel.
Housekeeping Policy
Daily housekeeping service is provided for both guest rooms and common areas.
Bed linen is changed every 4 nights.
Towels are changed every 2 nights.
If you wish to request a linen or towel change on a day other than the scheduled one, please inform the reception. This service is subject to an additional charge.
If smoking is detected in a guest room, the hotel will charge a cleaning fee of €250 to the guest’s account, either before or after check-out.
